Jerry Trimble
At the age of fourteen, Jerry Trimble was sitting in the movie theater watching The Chinese Connection. When Bruce Lee jumped out onto the screen, his life was changed forever.
Trimble began studying the martial art, Taekwon-do, went on to win two World Championships and officially becoming one of the fastest kickers in the world, (many say the fastest in the history of the sport.) Trimble was definitely the most controversial fighter around.
At the age of twenty-eight, the bad boy of the PKA, Jerry "Golden Boy" Trimble, retired as the two-time World Kickboxing Champion to embark upon a career in the entertainment business.
Goodbye ring, hello Hollywood.

Four months after arriving in L.A., Trimble signed with a talent manager and three weeks later he booked his first two auditions that landed him lead roles in both films in the same week. In his first film, "The Master”, (directed by Hong Kong legend, Tsui Hark) Trimble was cast as Jet Li’s nemesis.
In the next four years, Trimble was cast in seven of ten action films that called for him to do most of his own stunts as well as the lead role.
Trimble has studied with some of L.A.’s best acting teachers, like Milton Katsellas, Jeffery Tambour, Richard Lawson, Brian Reise,
and many more.
In 1995, Jerry Trimble took matters into his own hands, phoned casting at Warner Brothers and got an audition with veteran casting director, Bonnie Timmerman, for the Michael Mann film, “Heat”. He auditioned, met with Michael Mann and days later, he got a personal call from Timmerman, to inform him that he booked the role of Schwartz, playing along side Al Pacino.
For the next five years, Trimble's roles were getting to be more of acting and less action.

In 2000, Trimble was cast in Charlie’s Angels, where he was nominated for the “Taurus” World Stunt Award in the category of best fight. Even though he was doing a wide range of stunts in his earlier films, Charlie's Angels was his first gig as a stuntman. Trimble continues to work as an actor and stuntman in film and television.
On August 10th, 2002, high atop Mulholland drive, at the beautiful mansion of Los Angeles entrepreneur and philanthropist, Robert H. Lorsch, Jerry Trimble and actress, Ami Dolenz, daughter of Micky Dolenz (Monkees) and Samantha Juste, (Britain's "Top of the Pops") are married.

In his most recent role in Columbia Pictures, "The Green Hornet", starring Seth Rogen, directed by Michel Gondry, action unit by Vic, Andy and Scott Armstrong. Trimble is living the dream; he gets the best of both world's as an actor and stuntman.
Much of Trimble's time is giving back to the community by working with at risk kids in various non-profit organizations.
His very own C.H.A.M.P.S. (Confidence * Health * Attitude * Motivation * Potential * Success) has been implemented into the L.A.P.D. Mid-Valley Jeopardy curriculum, www.midvalleyjeopardy.org; helping at risk kids to say clear of gangs, thugs and drugs. Teaching them how to discover their inner Champion.

Through the determination of a Champion, Jerry Trimble's discipline, dedication and motivation drives him to be the best he can be and to inspire children to do the same, this is where he receives the greatest pleasure.
